Snow Supermarket Returns Policy

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and receive a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product 30 days from the date purchased.

The returned product must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as when received.

If you wish to return the goods, fill in the form you received with your delivery & follow the instructions. You can also download a PDF copy here

If the goods are not damaged or faulty, the customer is responsible for arranging the goods to be returned.

Please retain proof of postage as this will help us locate a delivery in the event of a delivery error.
